KENSINGTON BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC HEARING

KENSINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LIBRARY
The Kensington Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing, July 3, 2012, at 7:30pm in the Kensington Elementary School Library to act upon the application for a variance for Kenneth and Jennifer Kolifrath, 11 Palmer Drive, Kensington, NH, Map 9 Lot 12-19 in accordance with Chapter II, Article 8.3C. The Kolifrath’s have applied for a variance to be able to place a platform on their property within the setback requirements.

may submit written comments to the Assessing Office as listed below. Copies of the proposed application are available
for review at the Town Offices at 243 Amesbury Road. If you require audio or visual aids, please
contact the Town Office at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
