TOWN OF KENSINGTON
BOARD OF SELECTMEN’S TOWN PARK MEETING
9:30 p.m.

Meeting started at 9:30pm.
In attendance: Rich Powers, Stefanie Johnstone, Mike Motherway
The amendment to the Kensington/Sawyer Trust document was reviewed. The
language was changed as requested. Mike Motherway made a motion to accept the AMENDED
AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF THE SAWYER/KENSINGTON TRUST as written, seconded by
Stefanie Johnstone with all in favor.
The recreation committee asked if the board would approve of
their contracting with Seacoast Tree to cut trees at the Town Park to facilitate walking trails being established. This is in their current budget and was
planned for in their budget. Mike Motherway motioned to approve contracting
with Seacoast Tree for $8,000.00. Stefanie Johnstone seconded with all in
favor. Mike Motherway motioned to approve and authorize the payment to
Seacoast Tree upon receipt of invoice and checking with Dave Buxton as to what
work has been completed. Stefanie Johnstone seconded with all in favor.
