TOWN PARK TRUSTEES MEETING

OCTOBER 23, 2007

 (Followed 9:30 pm Selectmen’s meeting)

In attendance:
Rich Powers, Stefanie Johnstone, Bruce Cilley, Michael Del Sesto, Mike Motherway

Meeting started at 9:37pm

Michael Del Sesto explained that a checking account needs to be established as soon as possible to handle the funds for the Halloween Hayride.  An interest bearing account will also need to be established to handle funds to pay for work being completed at the Town Park.  How this gets handled in the long term will be more clearly and formally worked out.  The Trustees agreed to get these accounts active as soon as possible to address needs in the short term.

Mike Motherway made a motion to authorize Mike Del Sesto to open a checking account and savings/sweep account, seconded by Stefanie Johnstone with all in favor.  Mike Motherway made a motion to authorize Mike Del Sesto and/or Bruce Cilley to be the name(s) listed on the account authorized to sign, seconded by Rich Powers with all in favor.
