Non-Public Session - per RSA 91-A:3, II(e)

Michael Motherway, Richard Powers and Stefanie Johnstone reviewed a potential agreement.  Michael Motherway moved to approve, seconded by Richard Powers with Motherway, Powers and Johnstone voting in favor.   Michael Motherway moved to end Executive Session and go into Public Session, seconded by Stefanie Johnstone with Motherway, Powers and Johnstone voting in favor. 

Michael Motherway moved to adopt the proposed Town Summer Camp Policy, seconded by Stefanie Johnstone with Motherway, Powers and Johnstone voting in favor.  Michael Motherway moved to hire 2 part time employees for the park concession stand. The Park Trustees will reimburse the Town, seconded by Stefanie Johnstone with all in favor.
