In attendance: Rich Powers, Russell Perry, Mike Motherway

Discussed details of the July 18th celebration.  Voted to:  fund the July 18th celebration up to 2400 through the rec. budget; waive the requirement for liability insurance for the band and signed off on the permit for fireworks.

Discussed water/dampness/mold problems at town hall. Two companies have been called to assess and give recommendations. At a minimum the rugs will need to be removed, mold cleaned, and dehumidifier installed. Chief Sheehan has obtained pricing for a single-wide trailer to temporarily house the PD while the work is completed. He will compare price with a second vendor and go ahead and order delivery and setup. Chief Sheehan explained he has curbed spending in the PD budget and will be able to cover the cost of the trailer for the summer.
