USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENTS GRANTS AND LOW INTEREST LOANS:The Single-Family Housing 504 Repair Loan and Grant program is for households with very-low incomes and is available to provide the opportunity to make necessary safety and health improvements to your home. (i.e. roofs, wells, septic). Free grant funds are limited and are only available if the applicant or co-applicant is age 62 or over. Low-interest loans are for applicants or co-applicants of all ages but also most be low-income.
