Public Hearing for Adoption of Subdivision Regulations

Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Kensington Planning Board on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Kensington Town Hall located at 95 Amesbury Road. This Public Hearing is in accordance with NH RSA 675:6 and NH RSA 675:7and its intent is to adopt newly created Subdivision Regulations to replace the existing Regulations.
The revised Subdivision Regulation is available for review at the Kensington Town Hall or attached to this notice. Please call 772-5423 x4 or email kensplanningclerk@gmail.com with any questions or to request documents electronically.
