Public Hearing Notice for Proposed Zoning Ordinance Changes

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Kensington Planning Board on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Kensington Town Hall located at 95 Amesbury Road.  The purpose is to hear the following amendments of the Zoning Ordinance:

Amend Section 9.1.4

Replace Section 6.1.6.C

Replace Section 6.1.6.D

Replace Section 3.2.3.4.g

Replace Home Occupation CUP
