TOWN OF KENSINGTON
BOARD OF SELECTMEN

A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Selectmen on MONDAY MARCH 25, 2024 @ 6:30PM
& WEDNESDAY MARCH 27, 2024 @ 10:30AM, at the Kensington Town Hall, located at 95 Amesbury Road, Kensington, NH 03833 for the following:
•In accordance with RSA 41:9-a to amend the fees for town Right to Know Fees to delete any fees charged per hour for requests.
•Amendment of the Right to Know Policy for the town.

The second hearing on March 27, 2024 is only necessary if there are changes made to the fees in the first session.
The Public is invited to attend and participate in the hearing. Details of the proposals can be obtained in the town offices.
